Pulse Feedback offers everyone in the world of personal and team development the opportunity to do these things more effectively than ever before. The new e-mail connected business environment has enabled the development of a technology that allows individuals to receive regular, ongoing feedback about their progress from those who know them, with just a few clicks of a mouse button.

Pulse Feedback is a way of getting regular reminders and reinforcement about the areas you have chosen to work on. Hence, rather than replace a good development plan, it complements one. Pulse Feedback uses e-mail to regularly poll people you know on the progress you are making. For example, every month for 6 months your colleagues could have a chance to comment in relation to questions that you have chosen. Their responses are pooled to anonymise them and then sent to you in a monthly report. In this way, you can begin to tell whether your efforts to change are paying off in terms of changes in your colleagues' perceptions of you.

Pulse uses the immediacy of technology to offer focused, but regular feedback centred around the areas that are of most importance to the client. These questions not only help monitor progress, but also serve as a reminder to the individual, team or whole business of the areas in which development is being pursued.

Team Pulse Team Pulse helps track team performance in a range of key development areas based on agreed measures. Continual reminders keep the team focused on the ways that they have agreed to work together and with the outside world.
 
Change Pulse Change Pulse operates at the organisational level. It allows senior leaders to keep their fingers on the pulse of their change initiatives with real-time anonymous feedback from within the organisation.
