Pulse is a truly innovative way to meet your long-term survey requirements. Positive personal, team or large-scale organisational development can now be far more effectively influenced by having Pulse not just monitor, but reinforce this change process. Pulse’s cyclical reinforcing ensures each recipient focuses directly on their specific goals and progress over the course of weeks, months or even years. So, rather than running an initial survey and then having no idea of the impact of its findings, Pulse will supplement that initial survey with regular e-mail polls. The pooled and anonymous responses of their colleagues keep the person who is being Pulsed well aware of the areas they should be concentrating on and the progress they are making.

STATISTICS

The ratings collected through Scan and Pulse are saved on our database in an anonymous format. This information can be analysed to provide insight into themes across an organisation, team or level. Usually displayed though graphs on a Powerpoint presentation, this information can be provided with or without commentary. We can also provide an analysis of the comments provided on Scans for a specified group of people. This can also provide information around themes or areas of interest within the group.
